At Hiral Henna, we are dedicated to using the highest-quality products for all of our events to ensure the safety of our clients and their family and friends. Over the past few weeks, I am sure that you have been learning about the challenges we all face surrounding COVID-19. You have special events that have already been planned or are being planned. But now, you are concerned about those special days in your life needing to be canceled or postponed. Like you, we are deeply concerned and want to do what we can to help keep our communities and our families stay safe and healthy. We have been following the guidelines and recommendations outlined by the CDC, W.H.O., and the California local and state government to try to understand more about this situation. Here's what we are doing to do our part: 1) For all events booked with us from now until May 30th, we are allowing flexible cancellations and postponements without any fees or penalties to you. We will also reach out individually to you for your bookings that are already on our calendars to find out more details to ensure the safety of your guests and our mehndi artists as well, and limit the possibility of "Community Spread." 2) We are not taking any new bookings from now until May 30th to reduce any additional risk of community spread, as required and recommended per "social distancing." This is the most effective way to contain the spread of this virus, at the moment, so we are doing our part by being at home during this time. 3) For any event of yours that gets cancelled due to COVID-19, we will work directly with you to postpone or refund any booking fees. For bookings of May 30th or later, please note that there is a risk of cancellations if the state/county continues to enforce certain restrictions onto businesses or individuals. We are closely monitoring the situation and should such circumstances arise, we will immediately be in touch with you. We understand that our services are generally during your special and most joyous occasions, and these must be very difficult decisions that you need to make. We want to work with you to make this less stressful. Please note that product sales from our website are still being fulfilled like normal.
